Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

[glow=blue,2,300]***CHARACTER PERSONALITY***[/glow]
Likes: Horses, fencing, kindness toward others, fairness, using magic for the benefit of everyone
Dislikes: Violence (real violence, fencing is a sport), Uther's hatred of sorcerers, having to conceal her magic, tomatoes and mushrooms, being constantly compared to others, heights
Good/Bad Habits: Trying to help, even when she isn't needed, sneaking out to go riding in the middle of the night, improvising when plans don't go well, dedicating herself wholeheartedly to whatever she does.
Personality: Jenna is a bit shy when you first meet her, a tendency that is generally proved wrong upon knowing her better. Once you get her talking though, it's hard to get her to stop. She can be silent for hours on end as well. Jenna is anxious to prove herself because she is constantly being compared to her brothers, hence the fencing.
Jenna is an idealist, she values integrity and tries to help anyone she meets that might need it. She tries to use her magic only for good, using it to heal sick and injured people and/or animals. Jenna hates hiding her magic more than anything, except for heights. She is quite athletic but has to sneak out to the training grounds once everyone has gone so that she can practice her fencing without being taunted for being a girl. What she wants more than anything, is for Camelot to be a fair place to live.
[glow=blue,2,300]***CHARACTER HISTORY***[/glow]
Family: Jenna has three older brothers, and one twin brother who is only a few minutes older. She and her mother are constantly fighting because they don't see eye to eye on anything at all. Her father understands her better, but she still feels misunderstood and not accepted by almost everyone except her twin, Oliver.
History: When Jenna was about six, she would watch as her brothers went out for combat lessons while she was stuck inside, normally with a piece of sewing or something of the like to work on. Eventually, she got the idea to steal Oliver's clothes, put on a hat and pretend to be a boy. Her brothers and their trainer knew, but from a distance she looked just like her older brother Henry so no one gave it a second thought.
Jenna trained like this for years, enjoying the freedom it gave her, and she loved the sport like no other, except for riding. When she was about nine years old, her magic first surfaced. She was sparring with Oliver and had made a drastic mistake and he had gained the advantage, he was closing in to make the final move when she panicked and without meaning to, snapped his sword in half. Oliver was the only one who knew, and the two of them managed to pass the incident off as a faulty sword.
Ever since though, Jenna has been fighting to conceal her magic, but in occasional bouts of strong emotion she loses control. No one knows but her twin Oliver and she plans to keep it that way. Anyone else would turn her in to Uther. Even her mother, especially her mother. So Jenna has since tried to lead a fairly normal life, using magic only when there are no other options for her. And thus far, as far as she knows, no one suspects her.
She came to Camelot hoping for a change of scene, and to live a little before she has to be dutiful and other annoying things like that. She wants to have a little adventure.

Jenna wandered through the empty castle corridors, wondering where everyone else was. She had only just arrived, and didn't know her way around quite yet. Jenna was rather timid, and she didn't want to bother anyone who was busy at work unless it was really important. She knew that if their employer or their supervisor thought they were slacking off by helping her that they could lose their jobs. And she didn't want to be responsible for that. So Jenna kept walking, turning down this hallway, and that hallway, looking for one that would lead her to a friendly face. She could use someone willing to help a rather lost girl who was new to the castle, and she wanted more than anything else at the moment to find the stable so that she could care for her horse.
Jenna knew that there were stable hands and holsters that were supposed to do the work, but Jenna really didn't mind it. She enjoyed the time she would spend with her horse Petey, and she found solace and peace while working with him. He seemed to understand her like no one else she knew. They had a very close bond and had been together as horse and rider for nearly five years and they needed each other. It was a relationship of true friendship, if that's the right word. Jenna had always had a knack with animals, and horses in particular, but her bond with Petey went far beyond that. By the time Jenna caught up with her thoughts, she found herself at the entrance to the courtyard, with the stable clearly in sight. Jenna headed off in that direction to give Petey a good grooming and an apple that she had tucked away for him.
