Hello,
I am completely new to all of this and looking around for help.I would like to learn how to use WordPress.
I installed xampp for WordPress, then WP itself and I can access it via localhost, so far so good.I only want to learn and have my website solely on my personal computer, there is no point in choosing a host.
I have read through the Online Advertising Examples in the Help content but still it doesn't provide me a clear flow of what I should do since I am a beginner. Am I doing it the wrong way?Do I need to buy a host service to use WordPress and create my website that I will be accessing only from my computer ?I went through many resources but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.
