After Gwen left, Sasha had decided to go for the walk alone as her hot temper set in. It happened when she was alone. So, now she was walking in the Darkling Woods in the early evening enjoying it quite a lot. Once, when the trees became darker and the landscape blacker, she had the ever too familiar feeling that smeone was watching her but she shrugged it away and walked on along the path. And then again, the horrible gut-feeling came over her. This time she stopped and studied the bushes that were still... almost too still. Sasha took a step back; the tension in the air was so thick she could cut it! She gulped and knew she could do nothing but wait for an appearance of any kind.

William pushed his long dark hair behind his ears. He stared down at the young woman who was walking down the scenic path in the Darkling Wood. William wasn't sure why someone, especially a female, would venture into these woods with out someone with them, but here she was; right where he wanted her. William's eyes glazed over as images of the future flashed before his eyes.
A stream of blond hair. A flash of a wolf. The eye's of a cat.
He knew what he had to do. He had a vision like this before, and he ignored it the first time, but it had kept on appearing and appearing, so he knew that he had to make it come true, or he would go insane:
A glorious castle. A red flag. A handsome prince.
Those images had led him to Camelot. He had spent the night at the inn where he had tumbled upon a drunk knight who told him of the new noble: Sasha. The knight had discribed her and he knew that she was the one his visions had been about:
The skills of a knight. The looks of an angel. A secret past.
He had followed her out of her house and into the forest. He knew what he had to do. He knew he had to curse her.

Sasha was becoming quite afraid now, everything was motionless. Nothing. Just sheer silence. Reflecting randomly on her past and all the things she faced as an outsider, she felt her muscles tense and her heart harden. Holding her head high, she called out: "Is there someone there? If so, then show yourself! Don't judge me as weak just because I'm a woman, there's thing you really don't know about me." There was a certain sparkle in her beautiful lime green eyes; she hated to admit it, but now, all she wanted to do was fight.

"Is there someone there? If so, then show yourself! Don't judge me as weak just because I'm a woman, there's thing you really don't know about me." William smiled slightly at the last bit.
An ancient curse. A horrid destiny. A wolf, a cat and a girl.
He decided now was better than never so he whispered the spell that would make him visible. "Hello Lady Sasha; it is I, William Fowlent and I am here to complete your destiny." said William, a sly smile on his handsome face.

Sasha blinked and took about six steps back in surprise. She couldn't say anything and couldn't breathe; "Whoa... whoa..." she said very quietly in spaces. "W-w-what...?" She could usually control herself, but it was different now.

"Don't be frightned my lady, I do not wish to harm you..." William said laying a steading hand on Sasha's arm. "...Only to curse you." He let out a little chuckle at his joke. "If you do not struggle this shouldn't hurt." he lied, then he closed his eye's and began to chant.

(( I think she's thinking something like "#$*@!!" right now xD ))
"Ah..." Sasha blinked and said lower than a whisper. After less than a second, she bared her teeth in the only instinctive defense she felt was neccesary, and slightly tugged at him to give him the notion that she wasn't just going to stand there and let him curse her without an arguement. "Maybe I'd let you curse me if you explain to me what's going on! I mean, like... what is this all about? I'd like an answer to that."

William opened his eye's in frustration. Why is it that everyone demands to know why I'm cursing them? thought William. "My lady, it is your destiny. You must be one with the cat and the wolf or the prophecy will not come true, and that it must!" William explained, then closed his eye's and re-started the spell.

Sasha sighed irritably. It was one of those times when she felt like she was "dreaming", but somehow she knew she wasn't. Why didn't I listen to Gwen? Sasha thought frustratedly. Seriously, I can be so stupid sometimes! Then, she reflected on when she had asked Gwen about the arrogant King Uther, and she had emphasized that he hated sorcery. Wait, she felt a surge of horror run through her heart, he's cursing me with sorcery and the King kills people that have those powers? My gosh, what kind of luck do I have? Seriously, only these things can happen to me!
She did nothing, apparently accepting her fate whatever it was. Sasha would deal with it after the curse was set on her, there was always a way to fix something, right? She considered the prophecy, and it was very possible... that was probably what made her motionless and submissive.

Sasha became completly still, obviously accepting her fate. William continued the chant and as it neared the end an eerie wind picked up. William's eyes suddenly flew open and they where blazing gold. He shouted the last part of the spell, his brown locks floating around in the wind. He put his index finger inbetween her eyes then whispered: "A cat and wolf you can become; the power to shift your shape I have cursed you with. Complete your destiny, and kill the king. Set Abilon free." William had no control over himself while he cursed her, but as soon as he removed his finger he gained control over his body and mind again. "I apoligise my lady." muttered William sincerly and he quickly ran off, not willing to see the pain that would soon overcome Sasha.

Sasha's eyes twitched, trying to gather together what had just happened. Sighing angrily, she watched the man run off. "Yeah, run off. Ignore the fact that I might need to seek advice from you later," she growled quietly, suddenly exhausted. She paid no attention to the prophecy he had given her, for she was quite too shaken to even care at the moment. Soon the words "I have to get out of here!" were all she could focus on. And then, an immense pain traveling through her body caught her off-guard. She bared her teeth at first to try and release it a bit, but then it advanced to the point where it was totally unbearable. Her throat went dry as the desert's sun. She fell to knees, moaning in pain. Then, to her horror it advanced further until she was on her side digging her fingernails into the dirt and leaving marks. Sasha hoped she would die, it was so unbearable! The last thought before blacked out was:
Is this what dying feels like?
