Gwen plonked Sasha down on her bed, hoping that Sasha wouldn't be too uncomfortable, as she new that the lady was used to more luxiourious beds. She went to the kitchen and got a mug out. She filled it with water from the bucket beside her counter then placed it beside the bed on which Sasha was sleeping on. She then grabbed one of the old, worn chairs from the dining table and placed it next to the bed. She then sat down and moved Sasha's blond hair which was plastered to her face out of the way. She then covered Sasha's sleeping body with two of her best blankets. The hard wood of the chair was uncomfortable, but she was quite used to being uncomfortable, so she managed to fall asleep.

About 15 to 25 minutes passed, and then slowly, Sasha blinked open her eyes to find herself in Gwen's bed covered by two quite nice blankets. "Hmmm..." The Lady Sasha slightly whimpered, lifting her hand lazily to her head. It was aching. But that was when she realized that every bone joint in her body was sore. Sighing deeply, Gwen caught her eye in a hard wood chair. She didn't realize too much, except that her bones ached and that she had met the village idiot, William Fowlent.
"G-Gwen," she started quietly and then realized her maid was asleep. Should I disturb her? She thought. Probably, she might know a remedy for my pains. And how I even got here from that blasted forest!

Gwen slowly woke up when she heard her name whispered from the lips of the now concious Lady Sasha. Her eyelids fluttered open and the world around her was fuzzy. It slowly came back into focus and she saw Sasha awake in the bed. Gwen jumped out of her chair. "Lady Sasha! Are you alright? What happened? Why did you go to the forest alone? Are you hurt? Do you need something?" Gwen rambled as she was known to do in situations such as this.

"Ugh, I had a little experience with the village idiot," she growled at the thought. "Umm... could you get me a warm cloth for my head please? Thank you."
Sasha wasn't fully awake so when she finally made sense of every single thing going on in the world around her, she realized that Gwen asked why she went into the forest alone, and Sasha hadn't been ready for that. Would she offend her maid in some way if she gave an answer? Please don't be, she begged silently.
"I... I..." She stammered. She couldn't answer that without probably offending her! "It's just me. I'm very rebellious when it comes to those things. Gwen, I'm sorry for not taking you seriously. Forgive me."

With a sigh Gwen placed the warm cloth on Sasha's head which she had just fetched from the kitchen. "That's ok mi' lady," Gwen replied, "There is no need to apoligise. I am just a a servant after all, you did not need to listen to me. I am just glad you are ok now." Gwen was not offended, not really, she was more worried. As Guinevere tended to the warm cloth on Sasha's head her mind began to reel and she was over come by thoughts and questions.
Who was this 'village idiot' that Sasha mentioned? Was Sasha alright and was she in any pain? What had happend to leave Sasha like she had been?
Gwen did not want to overwhelme Sasha with questions as she had before so she asked the most important one at the moment. "Are you in pain my lady? I can fetch you a draught." asked Gwen.

Oh... good, she thought relieved. "Every bone joint is sore," she whispered as she felt the soothing warmth of the cloth. "Is there anything that could give me a little relief in some places? I can take some soreness for a while." She hoped there was relief, because it was pretty sore.

Gwen was quite good with herbs and draughts as she had worked with Gauis quite a bit. She quickly scampered off to her small kitchen and opended the cupboard in which she kept her herbs. "I think I can make something that should help." Gwen told Sasha. With the limited supplies that Gwen had here she would not be able to make a 'perfect' concution, but it would be enough to help th pain a little bit. She scanned the cupboard until she came across the herb which she was looking for. She grinded it up until it was nothing but pulp than added it to a liquid mixture that did not look pleasant at all. "This should help with any soreness in your bones, but it is only temporary, tommorow we will take you to Gauis to get something better." She held the bottle which held the liquid out to Sasha. "I apoligise, but this won't be tasty." Gwen warned.

Sasha took the bottle carefully from Gwen, and managed to sit up a little. With the luck she was having today, she'd probably choke on it. Best ensure that didn't happen.
She lifted the bottle up and slowly, as if she were wary of the taste, she gave it a try. Repulsive! But she drank it anyway. Anything for relief, at this point. Managing to drink the whole thing, she gave it back to her maid and sighed. Sasha lay back down.
"Gwen... how... how did you know?" The Lady Sasha asked, after settling with the bitter taste in her mouth. "That I was in the forest."

"Well, my lady, I knew that was where you were going for a walk through the forest as you had told me previously. But of course I excpected you to be escorted by a knight. When I found out you had not been, I went to the forest to see if you where ok, as I am known to worry." replied Gwen as she took the bottle from Sasha which was -suprisingly - completly empty.

"Oh, yeah..." She had forgotten. Wow, she must be a little more damaged than she thought. Probably from the headache. All she needed was rest, most likely.
"Thank you, Gwen," Sasha gave her friend/maid a slight smile. "No one's ever done something like that for me." And that was the truth.
Sasha remembered that Gwen ahd asked what had happened, and then she prepared herself to explain. "I came across the village idiot, as I said... I-I forget his name, but it was something like... Will... maybe William. Anyway, I think I'm remembering correctly that he was the one who did this to me. I forget a lot of it."

An unexpected rage at this 'William' person boiled up inside Gwen. "Who would do such a thing? muttered Gwen to herself. She had a good look at Sasha and realized that she should probably leave Sasha to rest. She was slightly ashamed that her curiosity had gotten the better of her and that she hadn't left Sasha to get the rest she needed. "I apologise my lady. You must rest." Gwen mumbled with a slight bow. She than scampered over to where the sacks were but before she pulled over the curtain and lay down and went to sleep she whispered "Goodnight my lady."

" 'night," Sasha whispered exhaustedly. She let out a yawn and faster than she expected fell into a deep sleep. No dreams, so it wasn't restless like usual.
